IMPORTANT:
At the very top of each page of your account, you'll find three links:
1) "View Cart", which in case you have already initialized the purchase of a product or service, will take you directly to the "Review & Checkout" page where you will be asked to confirm your purchase.
2) "Notifications", which allows you to instantly view the latest notifications that were sent to you.
3) "Choose language", which allows you -if necessary- to choose and change the language used on all pages of your account.

IMPORTANT:
Do not forget to confirm your email after you have entered it in your profile or after having edited it. This measure is intended to enhance the security of your access. As long as this has not been done, a pastel color band will show below the horizontal menu placed at the top of each page. In this band, besides the reminder "Please check your email and follow the link to verify your email address" contained therein, you will also find a link ("Resend verification email") that you can use to trigger the sending of a second confirmation message in case the first one failed to reach you.

HOME PAGE - NAVIGATION
While cPanel allows you to manage the technical aspects of your website, your "Client Area" account allows you to take control of the administrative management of your website's hosting plan.
The home page shows you at a glance an abstract of all the information and features available within your account.
On the left side of the page, you will find several sections:
- "Your Info": Summary of your profile. By clicking the "Update" button at the bottom of this frame, you will be directed to your complete profile's form ( "My Details").
- "Contacts": The list of your existing contacts/sub-accounts -assuming you have already created at least one- is displayed here. A "New Contact" link to the "Add New Contact" page is also available here.
- "Shortcuts": Here are direct links to the "Order new service" and "Register a New Domain" pages and to "Logout".
In the body of the page, below the horizontal menu (dark blue bar), which is present in all the pages of the client area, four frames respectively display:
- The number of your active services ("Services").
- The number of your registered domain names ("Domains").
- The number of support requests in progress ("Tickets").
- The number of outstanding invoices ("Invoices").
Each of these frames is also a direct link to the page where you can view details of the relevant service. These pages are also accessible from the horizontal menu: "My Services" under "My Services"; "My Domains" under "Domains"; "Tickets" under "Support"; "My invoices" under "Billing".
Below those four frames is a dark brown search bar. You can use it to directly search the topic you are interested in the knowledge base of your account.
This knowledge base is also accessible from the horizontal menu under "Support".
Below the search bar, a new series of distinct frames completes the homepage:
- "Unpaid Invoices" / "Overdue Invoices" (according to the current status of your payments): This frame exists only when you have an unpaid bill or overdue payment.
If you have a payment pending the frame will include a "View All" link to the "My Invoices" page where you can find all your invoice/payments history.
...But if you have a late payment, you will be presented with a "Pay Now" link to the payment page ( "Mass Payment").
The pages "My Invoices" and "Mass Payments" are also accessible from the horizontal menu under "Billing".
- "Your Active Products / Services": The list of all your active services is displayed in this frame. You can click on each one to see its specific page. A "View all" link to the "My Products and Services" page is also available.
That page is also accessible through the link "My Services" from the horizontal menu under "Services".
- "Recent Support Tickets": Your latest support requests are listed within this framework. Each of them is also a direct link to its own page. These pages dedicated to the management of each support ticket can also be accessed from the history page of all your support requests, "Tickets" "Support" section of the horizontal menu.
Within this frame, you can also see another link, "Open New Ticket" which gives you direct access to the "Open ticket" page.
This page is also accessible from the "Open Ticket" item of the horizontal menu.
- "Register a New Domain": You can register a new domain name or transfer an already existing one directly from the mini-form contained within this frame.
These functions are also accessible from the horizontal menu under "Domains":
Page "My Domains", where all domain names registered with us and belonging to you are listed. From this list, you can manage the different aspects of your domain names (lock, contacts, DNS information, renewal ...).
Page "Renew Domains", from which you can initiate the renewal of one domain name or of a group of multiple domain names.
Page "Register a New Domain", where you can check the availability of a new domain name and register it in your name.
Page "Transfer Domains to Us": To initiate the transfer to Coolgate / Webinfologic of one of your existing domain names currently registered with another registrar.
Page "Domain Search": From this page, you can check the availability of domain names that you would like to register with any of the many extensions available from us.
- "Recent News": A list of the latest news regarding our services is displayed in this frame. A "View All" link to the complete "News" page is also available here.
The "News" page is also accessible from the horizontal menu, link "Announcements" under "Support".
- "Affiliate Program": This frame is visible only if you have already subscribed to our affiliate program. It presents a synthesis of your revenues from this program and provides a link to your affiliate account management and statistics page.
A page which is also accessible from the horizontal menu at the top of each page under "Affiliates".
Note that if you participate in our affiliate program, you will receive a commission equal to 20% of the amounts charged to any new customer referred by you (see other tutorials on this subject).

OTHER LINKS FROM THE HORIZONTAL MENU
"Hello, (Your Name)" Menu:
The drop-down menu of the last section of the horizontal menu ( "Hello, (your name)") has several links:
- "Edit Account Details": Another link to the "My Details" page where you can view and update your profile.
- "Contacts/Sub-Accounts": Another link to the "Contacts/Sub-Accounts" management page where you can edit, create or delete your contacts".
- "Change Password" links to the "Change password" page ... where you can change the password used to access your Client Area account.
- "Security Settings" links to the "Security Settings" page where you can create or change the security question whose answer is necessary to enable the reset of your password and to enhance the security of your Client Area account access.
From that page, you can also choose to disable or re-enable the "Single Sign-On" function. When enabled -which is the case by default- you are provided direct access between your cPanel, your Client Area and your WebMail for you to be able to switch from one to the others without having to re-authenticate.
- "Email History": Follow this link to see all email messages that we have sent to you and remain archived on "My Emails" page.
- "Logout": ...Well, this is just to log out.

Support menu:
In addition to the link to the history of your support requests, and to this "Knowledgebase" you will find in the horizontal menu on all pages of your client area, under "Support" :
- A link ("Announcements") to the "News" page where we publish the latest news about our hosting services.
- A link to the "Downloads" area where you will find a selection of free software and other tools that we think might be of use to you. This page is under construction but you can already let us know which resources you would like to find here.
- A link "Network Status" to the page where you can check in real time the status of the servers used to host your services.
This information will be especially helpful before you send us a request for support in case of interruption of service to check if it is indeed a server problem or if you should be looking for another cause, for instance, a connection problem having its origin with your ISP.

"Billing" Menu:
Apart from the "My Invoices" and "Mass Payment" links, under "Billing" you will also find :
A "My Quotes" link to the history page of all the quotations you have requested.
A "Add Funds" link to the add funds page where you can deposit money in advance (minimum amount US$ 12, Maximum US$ 400) in prevision for future payments. Thus -as long as your fund reserve is sufficient- your next invoice(s) will be paid automatically without you having to take any further actions.
Note: Contrarily to the indication printed on this page (we have to change it) all unused deposited funds are absolutely refundable in cases where you decide to interrupt your services with us.

"Services" Menu:
Under this menu you will find a link that has not been described yet: "Order New Service".
Click on it and you will be presented with a product selection consisting of six groups of products:
Hosting solution -EN : Our hosting plans described in English.
Hébergement - FR: The same hosting plans, but described in French.
Products addons: For the time being, we do not offer any product in this category.
"Domain Renewal", "Register Domains" and "Transfer Domains": Those are linked to the pages and their corresponding services which are also available under the "Domains" menu.
